Each of these plans save you time-time better spent on other management tasks. If you purchase one of these plans, you have a customer support representative dedicated to maintaining your software and ensuring it works for you.

Technical Support Plan:
For just pennies a day, we can help keep your scheduler up and running with a 12-month, unlimited Technical Support Plan. The Technical Support Plan includes:

  • Unlimited telephone and e-mail access to our support representatives
  • FREE media replacement should your scheduling software become lost or damaged
  • FREE updates to address compatibility issues (does not include upgrades)

    Annual Software Enhancement Plan: In addition to everything included in the Technical Support Plan, you also get FREE upgrades to the next version of your scheduler with the 12-month, Software Enhancement Plan.

    Contact a Support Technician: Registered users of ABS scheduling software get 30 days of FREE technical support. Thereafter, there is a $35.00 charge per incident with a credit card if you are not on a Technical Support or Annual Software Enhancement Plan.
